BFGOODRICH MOTORSPORTS COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN THE PITS TIMING

For the 17th Consecutive year the overall winner in the Trucks & Buggies Division drives to the finish line on BFGOODRICH  tires. 

Congratulations to Dan Smith & Dave Ashley for winning the Long Baja 1000 two times in a row and setting a speed record of  62.268 AVG MPH, surpassing  the Simon & Simon record in 1992 of 61 miles per hour. As a side note Dave Ashley averaged 82 MPH  in one 140 mile section.
